  • High pumping speed,

  • Reliable and durable

Overview

The diffusion pump compresses the gas through the transfer of momentum. The electric furnace heats the diffusion pump oil in the pump body. After the diffusion pump oil vaporizes, it is pressurized in the internal injection tower. The high pressure in the injection tower pushes the pump oil molecules to eject from the annular nozzle. The oil molecules The gas molecules entering the pump body are captured and forced to move diagonally downward. The oil molecules condense on the cooled pump wall. After several consecutive cycles, the gas is compressed and transported to the exhaust port to be pumped away by the backing pump

Features

  • Outstanding performance indicators deliver a higher and cleaner vacuum level.

  • Compact design allows for easy integration into space-constrained equipment.

  • A complete thermal protection switch provides protection in all overheating situations.

  • The air-cooling system simplifies practical requirements.

  • High pumping speed, capable of providing a large pumping capacity, effectively removing large volumes of gas.

  • Reliable and durable, requiring minimal maintenance.

Typical Applications

Diffusion pumps are irreplaceable in applications requiring high vacuum and large pumping speed. They are used in vacuum smelting, vacuum coating, space simulation experiments, and various vacuum systems insensitive to oil contamination.
