Overview

Climatic chamber, also known as Constant temperature and humidity chamber. Refers to a test box that can control temperature and humidity at the same time.. It is used to test the performance of materials in various environments and test the heat resistance, cold resistance, dry resistance and humidity resistance of various materials. It can be used for sample processing and quality testing of electronics, electrical appliances, mobile phones, communications, meters, vehicles, plastic products, metals, food, chemicals, building materials, medical care, aerospace, etc.

Features

  • Screen Lock Function:

  • After entering data and test conditions, the control panel features a screen lock function to prevent unauthorized personnel from accidentally stopping the equipment, ensuring continuity of the experiment.

  • Programmable Color Touch Controller (Optional):

  • Users can choose a 5-inch or 7-inch large color touchscreen controller with an intuitive interface, making programming and operation easy.

  • Communication Interface and Remote Monitoring:

  • Equipped with RS-232 or RS-485 communication interfaces, allowing program design, monitoring of test processes, and remote operation such as startup and shutdown through computer software.

  • PID Auto-Tuning Function:

  • The controller features PID adaptive adjustment algorithms, monitoring temperature and humidity changes in real-time and automatically correcting them to enhance the accuracy and stability of environmental control.

  • Efficient Observation Window and Energy-Saving Design:

  • The front panel is fitted with a heated glass hollow observation window, effectively preventing heat loss, reducing energy consumption, and ensuring a clear view of the test items inside the chamber.

  • Power Outage Memory Function:

  • The equipment stores parameters automatically in case of a power outage. Once power is restored, it continues executing the previously set program without needing to reset, greatly enhancing convenience.

  • Professional-Grade Refrigeration System:

  • Equipped with compressors and circulation fans from renowned brands such as Tecumseh or Secop, along with eco-friendly refrigerants R134a or R404a, ensuring high efficiency, low energy consumption, and compliance with energy-saving standards.

  • Multi-Stage Programmable PID Controller:

  • The device includes an advanced multi-stage programmable PID controller, utilizing the TMHM balanced temperature and humidity control method to achieve precise and stable environmental conditions with minimal fluctuation.

  • Powerful Program Editing and Storage Capabilities:

  • The controller offers up to 100 program groups, each containing up to 1,000 steps, with each step capable of being set to a maximum duration of 99 hours and 59 minutes, meeting the demands of complex experimental conditions.

  • Large Touchscreen Operation with Language Selection:

  • The controller features a large touchscreen display with a simple and user-friendly interface for easy program editing. It supports both English and Chinese language interfaces, with real-time status curves dynamically displayed on the screen.

  • Uniform Temperature and Humidity Distribution with Test Port Configuration:

  • The device uses a unique air duct circulation system to ensure even distribution of temperature and humidity inside the chamber. Additionally, it is equipped with a test port with a Φ25mm diameter, allowing users to conduct various operations and tests easily.

  • Data Recording and Output:

  • The equipment can connect to a printer or a computer via a 485 communication interface, enabling real-time display, printing, and storage of temperature, humidity, and time curves during the experiment. It also supports data storage and playback, ensuring reliable data tracking for test results.

  • Stainless Steel Interior with User-Friendly Design:

  • The interior is made of SUS304 stainless steel, with a mirror or brushed finish. The inner walls feature rounded corners for a seamless transition, making the interior both aesthetically pleasing and easy to clean. The shelf brackets are designed for easy automatic installation and removal, enhancing user convenience during operation and cleaning.

  • Independent Over-Temperature Alarm System:

  • The device includes an independent safety over-temperature alarm system. If the chamber's temperature exceeds the preset limit, the system automatically shuts down and provides audio-visual alarms to alert the operator, ensuring safe operation and preventing accidents. Additionally, the system offers alarms for high, low, or over-temperature conditions, as well as safety features such as compressor overheating, overcurrent, overload protection, fan overheating protection, and water shortage protection.
