Overview

The anaerobic incubator is a specialized device designed for bacterial cultivation and operation in an oxygen-free environment. It provides a strict anaerobic state, stable temperature cultivation conditions, and a systematic, scientific working area. This device allows the cultivation of even the most difficult-to-grow anaerobic organisms while avoiding the risk of exposure to oxygen that previously led to their death during atmospheric operations. Therefore, it serves as an ideal equipment for anaerobic biological testing and scientific research.
The AB series anaerobic incubator consists of a constant temperature incubation chamber, an anaerobic operation chamber, a sampling chamber, a gas and electrical control system, and a frame structure. This incubator features excellent anaerobic conditions, good sealing performance, high temperature control precision, stable operation, ease of use, as well as economic efficiency and reliability.

  • High-precision anaerobic environment: advanced scientific means are adopted to ensure that a highly precise and stable anaerobic state can be maintained inside to ensure the effective cultivation of anaerobic bacteria in such an environment.

  • Precise temperature control system: equipped with LCD large screen display and high-precision microcomputer control function, with timer settings, and can accurately display and control the temperature inside the box in real time; at the same time, with the temperature limiting protection device, when the temperature is out of the preset range, it will automatically alarm and take safety measures to ensure that the experimental process is safe and reliable.

  • Sterilization and disinfection function: built-in ultraviolet germicidal lamp, the gas is efficiently filtered before entering the box, effectively eliminating potential sources of bacterial contamination.

  • Intelligent gas circuit control: the gas circuit system adopts a light-touch switch to control the solenoid valve, which allows the user to flexibly and accurately adjust the input flow of various gases according to demand.

  • Humanized design: The double-door widening design allows for better space utilization, avoids the problem of touching the front window glass during single-door operation, and can accommodate more petri dishes. The internal and external structure of the box are made of stainless steel, which is not only beautiful but also corrosion-resistant and durable to ensure long-term stable use.

  • Observation and Operation Convenience: The front window of the operation chamber is made of thickened, transparent, impact-resistant special glass panels, which not only provides good visibility, but also enhances safety. The operator can carry out all kinds of experimental operations comfortably and flexibly in an oxygen-free environment through special gloves.

  • Oxygen removal catalyst: Equipped with a specialized oxygen removal catalyst, it further ensures that a low or no oxygen condition is maintained in the operation chamber.

  • Electrical Safety Protection: The equipment is also equipped with a leakage protector to prevent accidental leakage of electricity and to safeguard the safety of the user and the equipment
